The Chinese government has been making tremendous efforts in pushing forward law-based governance of OSH, the application of technologies in strengthening OSH and the development of safeguard capacity, which has contributed to the continuous improvement of OSH situation in China.

China pays much attention to the development of OSH industry. To enhance safeguard capacity and cultivate new impetus for economic growth, the Chinese government has promulgated a series of polices to support OSH industry. In January 2017, the General Office of the State Council issued the 13th Five-Year Plan on Work Safety, requiring the continuous development of pilot zones for safety industry. Polices on conversion of technologies into practices will be made.

China International Occupational Safety & Health Exhibition (COS+H), hosted by the State Administration of Work Safety, P. R.
